We are pleased to offer you a wide range of services to make your stay more enjoyable. We can arrange a convenient transfer for you from the airport or train station directly to the hotel and back. A secure underground parking lot is also available, so you can leave your car without any worries. In addition, we are happy to organize city tours or book tickets for cultural or sporting events of your choice.
Our reception, which is open 24 hours, will gladly assist you not only with daytime activities but also with evening programs. We are ready to help you with planning your trips, making restaurant reservations, or fulfilling any other requests you may have. Airport transfer:
In case you did not book your transfer from the airport to the hotel yet, we would be glad to arrange it for you. The driver will be waiting on you in the arrival hall, holding a sign with your name. To book the service please provide us your flight details (flight number and arrival time) at least 24 hours before your arrival and we will confirm you the service in return including actual price of the service.
Concierge services:
Our staff will be happy to assist you with all the above services as well as special arrangements such restaurant reservations, sightseeing tours and cultural event tickets.

Parking:
If you are arriving to Prague by car we will be glad to offer you parking place in our underground garage (directly in our hotel). The price is 35 EUR / per car and night. Our private underground garage located on the two lower ground floors is available for hotel guest 24/7. We recommend to book parking in advance due to a limited number of parking places.
