Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure the smooth operation of the reception with a focus on quality service.
- Welcome guests and efficiently handle check-in and check-out processes.
- Work with a modern hotel system to manage reservations and guest requests.
- Actively communicate with guests, address their inquiries, and provide concierge services.
- Collaborate closely with other hotel departments to ensure first-class service.

Requirements:
- Minimum secondary education with a diploma.
- Fluent in Czech and English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Professional and friendly demeanor with a customer-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Flexibility in working hours and willingness to work in shifts.
- Experience in hospitality or front office is welcome but not required.
